1. Hydroblasting

We deploy a high Pressure Power Washing tool of up to 4,000 psi pressure for surface preparation to remove loose paint, surface rust and other contaminants so as to ensure a clean surface to accept new coatings.

2. Grit and Steel Ball Blasting

Grit and steel ball blasting is used to achieve a random particulate finish or surface preparation in order to blend tool marks or other surface imperfections and provide a uniform surface finish prior to coating, painting or plating. The Grit and Shot Blasting process uses either steel grit or steel shot and is a method of abrasive cleaning.

3. Field Joint Coating

The integrity of a complete pipeline can only be assured when the freshly welded field joint areas are correctly blast cleaned, pre-heated and coated meeting the required standard. We are proactive on the challenges with working in remote pipeline locations and have made provisions for the necessary skills and latest technology of automated & mechanical field pipe blasting and coating equipment for efficient project delivery to our clients.

4. Thermal Spray Coating

Thermal spraying is an attractive coating technique that offers a wide choice of materials and processes that have a reduced impact on the environment when compared to conventional plating processes. We employ various thermal spray coating techniques such as HVOF (High Velocity Oxygen Fuel), flame wire spraying, flame powder spraying, arc wire spraying, plasma spraying and cold gas spraying which makes it possible for many problems of wear, corrosion and thermal degradation to be resolved by engineering the surface with tailor-made coatings.

5. Marine protection

We offer many marine coatings for protection, waterproofing, anti-corrosion, anti-fouling, and preservation. We can apply coatings to aluminium, timber, and fibreglass under strict quality assurance and control. Common coatings include varnishes, polishes, and epoxy or polymer based coatings. We work closely with our customers to understand their requirements, and put solutions in place that meet their specifications.

6. Corrosion prevention

Corrosion is the deterioration of surfaces and structures caused by a reaction of ferrous metals to air. Our spray coatings form a protective barrier that can withstand abrasion, extreme temperatures, chemicals, water and many other damaging environmental conditions so corrosion doesn’t have the opportunity to start for a wide variety of application.

7. Insulation services

We offer our expertise in insulation services using vast range of materials and techniques which include Cellular glass, Mineral wool, Polyurethane [PUR], Polyisocyanurate [PIR] and more. We choose the best applicable materials and methods when providing Thermal Insulation, Acoustic Insulation, Fire Protection, Corrosion Control and Heat Tracing to meet our client’s requirements at best cost while ensuring that safety of our people and the environment isnt compromised.
